To increase the trading incentive on Spaace versus competitors, we will distribute Cashback Rewards to active NFT buyers and sellers.
Cashback Rewards are distributed in $SPAACE tokens.
🟧 Who Is Eligible To Cashback Rewards?
Any user that buys or sells NFTs on Spaace will receive Cashback Rewards automatically every day.
All they have to do is Collect their rewards!
All selling methods are eligible (direct sale, auctions, offer acceptance).
🟧 How Often Are Cashback Rewards Distributed?
Every 24 hours.
🟧 How Do We Avoid Massive Dumping Of The Token?
🔸 Staking
We will always ensure the incentive to stake token rewards instead of selling them will be higher.
Not only does staking more increases a user's Staking Score (see here), thus increasing his Seasonal $SPAACE Rewards, but it also grants access to more daily token rewards as well as an increased share in the Revenue Sharing model via the daily redistribution of ETH fees (learn more).
🔸 Token Score
Users who sell their token rewards severely decrease their Token Score (see here) and penalize their long run earning prospects, creating a natural incentive to keep or stake tokens.
🔸Maximum Distribution Flexibility
To maximize our control over the token price on the market, we have designed the $SPAACE tokenomics to be operationally flexible with an ability to algorithmically determine the distribution of Cashback token rewards to ensure an optimized daily distribution.
This allows for a smoother release of tokens than a daily fixed amount.
